I like to play the New Zealand version of Monopoly with my parents after dinner because it is fun buying properties. Also It helps my maths if I'm the banker because maths isn't my strongest subject and I need to practise it.
It's awesome to hear that you play Monopoly with your family and getting in some great maths practise in a fun way. I still play lots of card games with my family but we haven't played monopoly in ages, me and my siblings stopped wanting to because our dad was too good and would always win. Maybe I should give him a game now that I'm older. What board piece do you like to be? I would always pick the hat, I've no idea why. :)
