Summer Learning Journey Task 2 Day 4 Week 3

5 things I do to be healthy and strong
1. Eat healthy.
2. Stay active by playing sports at my school and after school
3. Reading to keep my brain active
4. Talking with my friends, staying connected.
5. Doing the summer learning journey during the summer because it helps me not fall behind

    These are awesome ways you stay healthy. I'm actually really impressed Willow, you've thought about ways to stay physically, mentally and emotionally healthy. Staying connected with friends and people who will speak life into your life is really important for your mental and emotional health and Reading can be a great way to use your thinking and imagination and relax.

    Eating healthy and staying active is of course important for your physical health and did you know it's also really important for your emotional health as well? This is a great post Willow. Well done!
